Our asks for the party leaders

We have written to the leaders of Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives in light of their manifesto publications to ask that they clarify their party’s positions on issues we know are key to LGB people.

These focus on our belief, supported by the Cass Review, that it is critical to protect children from gender-identity ideology and to oppose a Conversion Practices Ban that would not protect children and young people but would, instead, seek to criminalise therapists and even parents who ask children why they feel uncomfortable in their own bodies.
