We read of gay men distressed about their sexuality being offered surgery to remove their testicles to align them with their “eunuch” gender identity.

Anyone who doubts the role of homophobia in “gender affirming health care” should read the WPATH Files. WPATH is an activist organisation that disregards evidence of systematic reviews and promotes the medicalisation of “gender non-conforming” minors.
